I've just purchased PLUS but I don't see the features. What do I do?
If you've just purchased a PLUS subscription but aren't immediately seeing the features, try closing down the app completely and then re-opening it.
If you purchased via iTunes, you may be asked to enter your Apple ID and password. Please enter this so that iTunes can connect so we can successfully register that your subscription has been purchased.
If you've tried these steps and you're still not seeing PLUS applied to your account, please send an email to email@example.com with a copy of your purchase receipt.
