How do I cancel my PLUS subscription?

If you no longer want to subscribe to PLUS, please follow the instructions below:

If you took out your subscription via your phone/tablet:

  • Tap Menu in the top right corner of the family dashboard
  • Tap Manage Account
  • Tap Manage Subscriptions
  • Here you can view/cancel your subscription

If you paid for your subscription online from our website:

  • Navigate to: web.roostermoney.com/login  
  • Login to your RoosterMoney account using your email address and password
  • Scroll down to the bottom of your account page where you'll see an option to 'Update plan'
  • From there you can cancel your account
