Update personal account details

If you need to change your country, currency or timezone, you can update these details from your family's Account Settings. To find them:

  • Tap on the Menu icon in the top right corner from your Family Dashboard
  • On the menu that slides out, tap Manage Account
  • Tap Account Settings at the bottom of the screen
  • Tap on the setting that you need to change and choose a new option from the list
    • Change the 'Country' associated with your account
    • Change the 'Master Currency' that your account uses
    • Change the 'Timezone' that you are in
  • You can also delete your account from here (but we really hope you won't need to ☹️)

If you need to update your personal details, such as name, email address, password, or photo, you can do this from the My Details section. To find this:

  • From your family dashboard tap on your profile picture in the top left corner which will slide out the quick navigation menu
  • Tap on your profile picture on that menu to be taken to My Details 
  • Tap on the setting that you need to change and if needed, the keyboard will come up
    • Add or change a profile picture by taking a photo or choosing a pic from your library
    • Update your email preferences
    • Change your first name and last name
    • Change your email address
    • Change what your children call you
    • Change your password that you use to login to RoosterMoney
