Requesting a Family Statement for the Parent Account & Rooster Card
You can get a Family Statement emailed through for your Parent Account as well as your children who have the Rooster Card.
You can request a Family Statement from your Parent Account by following the steps below:
- Tap on the Parent Account on the family dashboard
- Tap the “...” button in the bottom right corner
- Tap “Family Statement”
- On the next screen, you can choose which month’s statement you’d like to receive and you can pop in what email address you’d like to send the statement to
- The Family Statement will be emailed through to you with the first PDF attachment showing all of the transactions that went to and from the Parent Account in your chosen month, as well as a separate PDF statement for each of your children.
Note: The Family Statement will only show the transactions for your children who are using real money with the app via the Rooster Card. If you would like to see the transaction history for any children using the tracker version of the app, you can view it in the app following the instructions here.
