How to complain
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive from our Customer Support Team, you can ask to escalate your query to a formal complaint. This can be done through any of our regular contact methods:

We do everything we can to make sure your happy with your RoosterMoney account, however if you are not happy with how your complaint has been handled by our team and you wish to escalate your complaint further, you should contact the card issuer, CornerCard UK Limited in the first instance for further assistance. A copy of our complaints policy can be found on CornerCard UK Limited’s website or requested by contacting us.
If CornerCard UK Limited is unable to resolve your complaint and you remain unhappy, you may contact the Financial Conduct Authority. It is important to be aware that legally it is not the role of the FCA to resolve disputes between you and us.
