Is my money safe with RoosterMoney?

Your money is safe with RoosterMoney. We are subject to FCA regulations and we safeguard 100% of your money in a NatWest bank account.

When your money is deposited with a bank they can use it to make investments and loans, so your money will not always actually be in the bank. We, however, are required by FCA regulations to ‘safeguard’ all of our users’ money by holding it in a separate ringfenced account with one of the UK’s top banks, NatWest, meaning we always have your money.

If RoosterMoney went bust, our creditors would not be able to access your safeguarded money due to it being held in a ring-fenced account. All of the safeguarded funds would be returned to our users.

Your personal details are securely stored with our payment processing partner using bank-grade encryption, and we use the latest financial security technology to protect our systems 24/7.

The Rooster Card is issued by Cornercard UK limited pursuant to a license from Visa Europe. Cornercard UK Ltd, company registration number 08542957, are an authorised electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 900186).
